EVERSLEY COMMUNITY MUSEUM
A group of enthusiastic villagers plan to set up a Museum in the village hall that will encapsulate a history of life in the village and surrounding areas and characters and personalities who have helped to make the village so well known.
This can only be achieved with your help and enthusiasm. Please support this initiative.
Have you got family treasures or heirlooms hidden in the attic? Do you hoard? We want to build up a collection of local history. Would you let the Museum have a loan, or make copies, of your family treasures, photographs, documents, mementos, songs and stories? Please let the museum have them for posterity. Don't let our history vanish without trace.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Apart from the contents for the Museum we need lots more basic items such as display boards, chairs, doormat, kettle, map chest, mugs, book case, and stationery. In fact anything you can donate, large or small that will help to make the Museum belong to us as a community.
