MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT ORDER 2007 THE REVISED CODE,
At the Eversley Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 3rd October the members of the Parish Council voted 5:1 to adopt the Revised Code including paragraph 12(2) the new provisions of which enable a member with a prejudicial interest to make representations, answer questions, and give evidence like a member of the public.
