NOTICE IS GIVEN of the under mentioned meetings of the Parish Council and its Committees for the municipal year of 2009-2010..
All meetings will be held in Eversley Village Hall and commence at 7.30pm. All meetings are open to the public. There is a session immediately following the approval of the minutes for members of the electorate to ask questions.
If you have any queries concerning any of the meetings, please telephone the Clerk.
In accordance with resolution 6/2009 made at the Annual General Meeting of Eversley Parish Council on 6th May 2009, the Planning Committee will be re-introduced and future Meetings will be as follows:

If no planning applications have been received and there are no urgent planning matters for discussion, there will be no requirement for the Planning Committee to convene.
There will, however, always be a meeting of the Parish Council on the first Wednesday and a meeting of the Open Spaces Committee on the middle Tuesday of each month.
