EVERSLEY PARISH COUNCIL

NOTICE IS GIVEN of the under mentioned meetings of the Parish Council and its Committees for the municipal year of 2011-2012.

Meetings will be held in Eversley Village Hall and commence at 7.30pm. All meetings are open to the public. There is a session immediately following the approval of the minutes for members of the electorate to ask questions.

Preceeding the meetings on 1st February 2012 and 5th September 2012 from 7pm there will be Parish Council Surgeries to allow members of the public to come and talk to Councillors.

If you have any queries concerning any of the meetings, please telephone the Clerk.

If no planning applications have been received and there are no urgent planning matters for discussion, there will be no requirement for the mid-monthly Planning Committee to convene.

There will, however, always be a meeting of the Parish Council and the Planning Committee on the first Wednesday and a meeting of the Open Spaces Committee on the middle Tuesday of each month.

MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT ORDER 2007 THE REVISED CODE, News Flash At the Eversley Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 3^rd October the members of the Parish Council voted 5:1 to adopt the Revised Code including paragraph 12(2) the new provisions of which enable a member with a prejudicial interest to make representations, answer questions, and give evidence like a member of the public.
